BLOWOUT Assignments

I'm really excited about the Back to School BLOWOUT, and I hope everybody else is too! It's going to be so much fun, forreal.

On Wednesday, Sept. 22 there will be a handful of seniors including myself that won't be at school due to the freshmen retreat, but there is still a meeting. Cat will be in charge! Everybody will be working on things for the BLOWOUT. This is what I have as the jobs that you all volunteered for...

Pinata:
Tim
Cat
Nancy
Erin
Maddy

Other decorations (wall art, TNT boxes, etc.):
Nikki
Annie
Nico

Music list:
Nick
Courtney
Maya
Jacob (someone volunteered you)

Other activities (brainstorming, planning, and putting it into action):
Natalie
George
Alexis
Holly

Video:
Austin
Charles
Austin is planning a meeting for anyone interested in helping with the video after school tomorrow (Monday) for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Refreshments:
Daniel

If I got any of that wrong, or you just decided to change mind, feel free to work it out on your own. As long as you make yourself useful, I'm happy.

Anything you want to do outside of the meeting to make the BLOWOUT even better is strongly encouraged! Plan to stay longer than 3:45 if at all possible in order to get a lot of stuff done.

Open forum will be Thursday, Sept. 23 after school.

The following week will be busy! We will still be working on stuff for the dance, so plan on staying late Wed. Sept. 29. Also, we will probably have a meeting Thursday after school to finish up with preparation and have a chance to have a meeting with the newbies. And Friday is, of course, the Back to School BLOWOUT! We'll need everyone to stay after school to help set up and everything.
